After working for over 25 years as a Registered Nurse and Allied Health Professional with people experiencing mental health challenges including addiction, anxiety, and depression, Yvonne now has her private practice. Here, she helps others to break free from past traumatic experiences, emotional suffering and unstuck themselves from being overwhelmed and impulsive when meeting challenging situations. As a holder of a Bachelor in Psychological Science, Root-Cause Therapist as well as Yoga Teacher & Breath Coach, she supports and inspires you to identify the root cause of your current presenting symptoms, and most importantly guides you to start healing them on a deeper level.

This appraoch offers numerous benefits for emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Through its gentle movements and intentional breathing, this practice provides an opportunity to connect with your body, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of mindfulness and peace.

Throughout the time at the retreat, we will explore different approaches to meditation and you will find what resonates with you. This will support you in developing your own practice (if you don’t already have one) you can easily incorporate into your daily schedule.
One powerful technique within this practice is the use of visualization, which taps into the power of our imagination to create positive change from within.
Izzy from Brassica Catering will be our very own private chef and she will be onsite to prepare our daily meals.
Izzy’s meals are made using the highest quality and locally sourced produce and will be cooking a variety of cuisines. With hand made vegan cheeses, bread and granola, Izzy will be making vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinners and something sweet right in front of our eyes.
Izzy is able to cater to dietary requirements. We will be in contact a few weeks prior to the retreat to confirm any requirements you may have.
